Does COVID-19 affect my booking?
We follow the government guidelines regarding COVID-19. All our equipment is sanitized regularly and sanitizer is provided at every event. Our team are also happy to wear face masks during your event on request.
Do you do seasonal and corporate events?
Yes! We cover pretty much any type of event. Popular events each year for us include Halloween party photo booths, Christmas Party photo booths and photo booths for New Years Eve
We have extensive experience in corporate and branding events and our booths include many options for additional branding opportunities.
How much space does a booth require
We recommend approximately 2m width x 1m depth x 2.5m height. This is usually ample space for the booth, but you will also require a little space in front of it to allow for your guests to get ready.
Do you supply props?
We bring a few popular props, but most customers usually bring their own props to make their photo sessions unique to their event.
My guests might be shy
We would recommend our Oval or Inflatable booth as they offer privacy when your guests are taking their photos. This allows them to be more creative and be themselves!
Do the booths require power and internet access
A nearby power socket is required to power the booths. Internet access via WiFi is useful and is required if you wish your guests to be able to upload images to the cloud and share on social media, but otherwise is not required.
Do you save the photos?
Photos are deleted from our system 48 hours after the event. We do not share them on our social media without your consent.
Do you carry public liability insurance?
Yes, our teams are covered with £5 million public liability insurance.
What locations do you cover
We are based in London so cover London and the South East primarily. However we are able to cover other areas such as the Midlands and the South Coast.
Do you require parking
Yes, we would require an allocated parking space for a standard car or small van. If free parking is not available, parking is charged to the customer in advance.
I am in the London ULES / congestion zone
Unfortunately we have to charge customers any tolls or congestion charges. All events within these zones will be charged at the time of booking.
